- I have been facing issues with Paul’s eyes that go black when pushed for render. Rectified the problem through the following process.
Select Paul’s eyes – Attribute Editor- Change type to Ai Standard Surface- “Transmission” – “Weight” to 1.0
- The Sky dome light did not seem like enough lighting for the scene. I added a Direction Light pointed towards the Ice Cream Cart
- Pushing the file for Render – Deadline
Created work space in Render farm folder under my name: ShraddhaM
Import all textures and files associated with the animation file onto the folder
Since I used a Long Winter Rig, I had to download the pluggin and download the Character- Paul (Ice cream vender) to import it onto the scene so that render farm recognises the location.
Select the Render-able cameras and set the start to end frames that are to be rendered in render settings
Download the Deadline Pluggin.
Open the Deadline window. Give the job name. check project path and output path.
Deadline Job Type: Arnold Export Job (Since Arnold lights have been used)
For Video: Optional: Pipeline Tools- Draft- Quick- (Format) MOV – Set quality and resolution and Submit Job.
- The Rendered images that I got from the Render farm Look a little grainy/noisy.

- Changing the following details in the render settings help reduce the noise.
